The Sessional Apprenticeship / Gas Assessor / Trainer is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Construction and Building Services Department with in The Windsor Forest Colleges Group.

The Role and You

As Sessional Lecturer, you will support apprentices / students enrolled on Construction and Building Services apprenticeship standards / qualifications to ensure that they achieve their qualification within the planned timescale

The role will include providing tutoring, coaching and formative / summative assessmentto apprentices / students (both as individuals and in groups) as they work towards End Point Assessment (EPA) or completion of their qualifications.

You will also encourage the apprentices / students as they build a 'Portfolio of Learning' ensuring that this includes observations both by yourself and the employers.
