Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Works on special Mergers and Acquisition assignments, provides project support in the areas of change and technology management
  • Assists on achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans; implements productivity, quality and company standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies trends
  • Manages all changes and coordinates communication within multiple team members to facilitate and track details on project progresses and takes action needed by Project Managers to achieve project plans and revenue targets
  • Assists on risk and crisis management decisions, understanding trade-offs with human, economic and technical implications; monitors and assess the post-period implementation of risk management strategies
  • Ensures project objectives and performance in terms of profitability, cost and timing; checks and validates project team members activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones; solves and/or delegates project issues requiring support from all suitable functions via the project escalation
  • Provides timely and accurate analysis and reports for project development and keeps upper management updated on project progress by developing PowerPoint presentations, charts, reports, and other types of correspondence and communication materials
  • Continually assess deliverable; reviews areas of improvement; identifies and escalates the gaps versus targets at the right level with relevant anticipations
  • Assists on tracking project progress performances from quality to cost perspective for identified M&A projects and is responsible for achievements of the project Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Other duties as assigned
Your Skills & Strengths
  • Actively seeking a degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business field from a four-year accredited college or university
  • 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working understanding of the principles of statistics, finance and accounting, budgeting and cost control principles
  • Strong user skills in MS Office applications - PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
