- Flexible working arrangements
- Fully paid induction package (including support to gain your care certificate if required)

A career in care is full of opportunities to try new things, put smiles on faces and make a difference when it most matters. No two days will ever be the same and we will give you all the support you need to make each one of them a success.

We have held the Investors in People Award since 1997 and have a huge focus on development, including having our own dedicated training department. Through your own personal development programme, you'll also be supported to gain valuable industry qualifications and complete further training on specific subjects, depending on your role and interests.

What will I be doing?

As a Support Worker, you will provide a high level of support to individuals, either in their own homes or within one of our registered care homes.
