Invoco are now looking for an apprentice to start their career and grow within the industry! Duties can range from, Providing 1st line support, responding to tickets and troubleshooting technical issues.

Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):-

  • Provide 1st line support
  • Responding to tickets
  • Communicating with customers
  • Logging tickets on the helpdesk
  • Troubleshooting IT/ technical issues
  • Familiarizing yourself with networks and servers

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Invoco.

Desired qualities, skills & knowledge:-

  • Keen to learn within the industry
  • Passionate about technology
  • Excellent customer service skills - experience is beneficial
  • Good English skills (verbal/written)
  • Mature personality

Salary, Hours & Benefits:-

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • £9,100 per Annum
  • 20 Days holiday + bank holidays
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Team incentives
