Summary:
To support and guide apprenticeship learners in their on-programme assessments and prepare them ready for gateway.
Role Duties: To set Individual Learning Plans with each learner recognising prior learning and individual needs
To provide guidance, feedback and support to learners to complete their learning plan and assessments to the standards
To ensure learners are completing 20% off the job learning and recording this
To prepare learners for their gateway EPA, ensuring they have met the required standards required for this
To perform virtual and face to face (at the employer's location) individual and group coaching sessions per programme cohort
To tutor the learner to achieve functional skills at level 2
To perform tripartite reviews and progress reviews with learners
To input and upload appropriate information and assessments and update and track progress on relevant internal and third-party systems
To perform and mark assessments including CMI assignments
To provide additional/catch up content learning to learners where necessary
To provide up to date MI to relevant internal and external parties and report any concerns and flag where learners are not meeting their plans or other escalation issues
Undertake the relevant safeguarding, prevent and systems training and checks required for the role e.g. DBS.
To maintain CPD and exemplify British Values behaviours
