This role represents an outstanding opportunity to progress your design career. There's excellent in-house training on offer to support you in mastering Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Navision and other software.

Once you've built a strong understanding of our client's offering, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside the Design Project Leader to create the company's main sales brochure.

What's more, this role has the potential to progress into a Junior Designer role in the future, allowing you to take on more responsibility and increase your impact within the department.

The Role

As a Trainee Design Administrator, you'll help to produce marketing collateral and support the smooth running of the Marketing Department.

Specifically, you will:

- Assist the Design Project Leader with upcoming design projects
- Carry out basic Adobe design work for seasonal marketing assignments
- Contact customers to schedule their marketing brochure information
- Record mailing information and communicate this to other departments
- Manage the company's library of images and carry out data entry tasks

About You

To be considered as a Trainee Design Administrator, you'll need:

- Some graphic design experience
- A polite telephone manner and experience of talking to customers over the phone
- Strong data entry skills and a good eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good multi-tasking skills and the ability to work to team project deadlines
- At a minimum, A Levels (or equivalent) and GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Some experience with Adobe InDesign (desirable)
- Some experience with a CRM system (desirable)
