Remit Group are advertising on the behalf of Hey Baby 4D; the UK's leading based private ultrasound franchise. Due to having grown over the past couple of years; they're looking to bring an adaptable and creative individual to the team as an Apprentice!

This is a very rare but exciting opportunity to work for a leading and esteemed company whose mission is to provide expectant parents with not only high quality ultra sounds, but also a consistent and caring service! Working with the title of "Digital Marketing & Customer Care Apprentice" based at the businesses Main Head Offices; this role is imperative to the continuous development and growth of the Hey Baby 4D franchise.

Our clients main mission is based and built on relationships; both with their Franchisees, their customers and each other! This role means that Hey Baby 4D's Franchisees will be relying heavily on the successful Apprentice to protect their amazing reputation by ensuring and providing a professional and efficient service. Not only that; but as well as having the opportunity o gain essential on the job working experience, the successful Apprentice will also be working towards an industry accredited Level 3 qualification in the Digital Marketing standard; where constant help and guidance is offered!

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

The Businesses clinics are open all weekend and a couple of days a week. When they are closed the Apprentice will assist with the following tasks;
  • Have the chance to get involved and help to create branded posts for various Social Media platforms
  • Assist and provide administrative support to the Franchise team when possible
  • Support by answering customers messages about the clinics on Facebook or over the phone
  • Help to confirm clinic bookings and sending across booking confirmations
  • Assist with answering general customers queries

Desired skills

Having an exceptional phone manner is a must!
Excellent written communication skills
A passionate and demonstrable interest on Social Media
Proficient in all Microsoft Packages; especially Excel, Word and Outlook

Personal qualities

Having the ability to adapt, multi task and work at a fast pace
Able to show compassion, kindness and professionalism
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work using own initiative
Having the ability to work hard and to have fun whilst doing it!

Desired qualifications

Your required to have at least 5 GSCEs at grades A*-C/9-4 including English, maths and ICT (or the Functional Skills Level 2 equivalent)

Training to be provided

This apprenticeship will help you develop the knowledge and skills required to work in a social media and digital marketing role. It is suitable for those already in employment or those entering the work place for the first time. This apprenticeship will help you to understand what social media and digital marketing is and how to utilise these tools in a business environment.
