I'm currently recruiting for an opportunity for someone with an interest in IT to join a leading support company in Deeside. This would ideally suit someone who is looking for their first step in their career. The role will include full training and ongoing support including funding for external qualifications. There will be a fast track development programme up to 2nd line support and beyond.

The main purpose of the role will be to speak to customers and log tickets or solve basic IT problems.

Package Details:

• £17,000
• Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 1st line IT problems
• Update customers through tickets, over the phone and face to face
• Prioritise customers based on SLAs
• End of ticket customer service calls

Required Skills & Experience:

• Great customer service skills
• Willingness to complete external qualifications (you will not be required to pay for these)
• An interest in a career in IT
• Any qualifications in IT would be preferable e.g. BTEC, A-Level, Degree
