Trainee Dental Nurse Stoke-on-trent, Staffordshire

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000

Dental nurses contribute to the safe and effective care of patients by providing support to other members of the dental team. They promote and maintain health and safety in the workplace and make sure there is a high standard of infection control. They are essential in delivering high-quality patient care.

  • As a Dental Nurse you could be responsible for;



  • passing instruments to the dentist or hygienist

  • removing water and saliva from the patient's mouth during treatment

  • preparing materials to make fillings

  • making sure that the patient is relaxed and comfortable at all times

  • keeping the surgery tidy and sterile

  • sterilising instruments

  • recording information about each patient




  • As part of your Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing you are required to complete a Record of Experience. You'll do this in a real dental practice in order to gain the experience you require to be successful. If you don't already have a position as a Trainee Dental Nurse we'll help to;
