Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Financial Adviser in Worcester to join a well-established wealth management firm. This is an excellent opportunity to provide ongoing servicing of clients, allocated to you from an existing client bank and gain quality client facing experience.
Your role will be to provide ongoing quality advice, servicing and relationship building for existing clients of the current adviser. You will be allocated these clients from the existing adviser for you to solely manage over time.

Skills and experience required:
· A strong desire to develop in the industry as a financial adviser
· Level 4 Diploma (or enroute)
· Working in a financial planning firm either as back office support or as a junior adviser
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and literate
· Rapport building skills
