Help Desk Support Specialist - Entry Level - TS/SCI Government Clearan Luray , Virginia

Job Duties:

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
  • Assist in writing training manuals.
  • Respond to email or chat messages for customers seeking help and follows up with the customer to ensure issues have been resolved.
  • Walk customers through problem-solving process.
  • Gain feedback from customers about system usage.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.


Required Qualifications:

  • Successful Completion of Security+ CompTIA certification. (Proof of certificate required).
  • BA/BS Preferred.
  • To be considered for this position you must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance. (CI Poly Preferred).
