Graduate HR Administrator (temporary intern)

Pay rate £- 11.50 per hour (20.5k - £22.5k Band)

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Working within a factory site in HR, the Graduate HR Intern will support the HR team in ensuring that our client deliver their HR strategy for the site.

•Day to day support for all site HR issues

•Supports the Site Management team in the delivery of the site business plan

•Plays a key role in delivering the site people plan

•Consistent delivery of local HR performance indicators

•Ensures that accurate, timely and relevant HR information is available to enable more effective decision making

•Helps deliver training to all line managers to ensure they are fully equipped to enable them to manage disciplinary, grievance, appeals and performance management processes

About You.

To be successful HR graduate will ideally be educated to degree level in a degree which includes Human Resource Management. You'll need to have a genuine interest in HR, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, as well as a general understanding of HR and employee legislation.

Good administration organisational skills are required, with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Ability to work to set timescales and to produce high quality guidance and reports quickly and accurately.

You will be pro-active, reliable and ambitious and interested in a career within HR

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
