Graduate / Junior Developer Solihull, West Midlands £18k - £25k (p.a)
Graduate or junior developer required for my client an international supplier of workflow management and mobile application solutions.

The Role:
Joining one of the largest development teams in the West Midlands and reporting to the Development Manager, they offer a progressive technology environment allowing developers to work with the latest tools and languages. The current development function is split into individual agile delivery teams who work on a variety of projects using predominately .NET Core (C#).
Designing and developing a range of new functionality and enhancements for new products.
Researching new tools and technologies.
Working within an agile software delivery model including daily stand-ups with the team. Skills and experience required:
Looking for someone with a keen interest in working with Microsoft technologies, as well as an aptitude for problem solving and the ability to communicate at all levels. They love to hire developers who are passionate about what they do and about technology as a whole.
Good knowledge of OO development principals (ideally C# or Java)
You may have had some exposure to key web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript and perhaps Angular JS / React JS / Node JS
A desire to work within an agile software development team using TFS
A desire to learn about software development principles such as Continuous Integration and Test Driven DevelopmentThe successful candidate could be recent graduate with a development focus or a junior software developer looking to progress their career to the next stage.
