Graduate Management Trainee Programme:

Advancing from the stereotypical university setup where you learn everything through the books first, North Shore take it step-by-step to develop and accumulate your management skills.

As a management trainee, you will develop skills in the areas of sales, customer relations, marketing, branding, recruitment, and finally towards HR, administration and management.

  • Sales: Increase sales revenues by generating more customer acquisitions through residential visitations and event based sales.
  • Customer Service: Managing customer enquiries, problems solving and promoting a range of promotional products and services.
  • Marketing: Developing marketing strategies to increase sales in different demographics across the UK
  • Team Management: Team leadership, teaching and training, mentoring and micromanaging teams
  • Business Management: Learn components of financial account management, budgets, payment reports, recruitment and interviewing, and administrative skills
