ROLE:

  • As Territory Manager role will be to develop and grow business via interactions with Healthcare Professionals. These are likely to include (but not limited to) District Nurses, Continence Advisors, Urology Nurse Specialists and Procurement Managers
  • This role is within a growing organisation who have a strong heritage in continence care/urology

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will have total ownership for the sales in your area - working in a key account management approach you will be driving sales of your product portfolio
  • Working with customers to add value and increase awareness of brands via 1:1, group meetings and education
  • Management of own diary and time to maximise business outcomes
  • Management of CRM system to ensure sequential selling and capture all relevant customer information

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • As an entry level Candidate you MUST have fully researched the role of a Medical Sales Representative (including shadowing experience) and todays NHS environment (including the structure/organisation, priorities, processes and networks)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with a max 6 points
  • Located on territory for the role
  • Able to plan and prioritise your workload based on business potential, optimising sales potential
  • Flexible in your approach to work and act on any business opportunity
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers with differing needs, influencing and negotiating appropriately
  • Able to learn and communicate product information effectively
  • Professional, highly motivated and keen to exceed the expectations of customers
