Graphic Designer

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer experienced for our client located in Cambridge, Ma a 6+ month contract.

Responsibilities

Designer is responsible for the execution of branded, designed packaging assets.In this role you will be responsible for the execution of branded, designed packaging assets. The defined project is to reformat and manage the design of packaging files, reformatting from InDesign to Illustrator and also amending existing Illustrator files, tagging them in preparation for uploading to Esko Webcenter.

Essential Functions:

• Developing and/or revising packaging files.

• Design in alignment to existing brand standards.

• Consistently meet project deadlines and maintain a high quality of work while managing multiple projects.

• Perform additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related Field.

• 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer or production artist.

• An understanding of design principles and typography.

• Ability to meet hard deadlines.

• Good organizational and file management skills.

• Proficient in InDesign and Illustrator.

• Experience with Esko Webcenter is advantageous.
