RSP Nutrition is growing rapidly and is seeking to bring in a new member of #TeamRSP.

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is talented, enthusiastic, versatile and most importantly, wants to make an immediate impact on the future of the company.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. This candidate should have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

What You'll Do

• Design an array of digital and print assets including campaign concepts, emails, social media, print mailers, catalogs, and e-commerce imagery
• Work directly with leadership team to create and optimize new design initatives
• Creatively conceptualize and develop brand assets
• Independently and participate in brainstorming and creative concepting with executive team
• Maintain awareness and stay up-to-date with latest design trends in health and wellness industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 0-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Video skills are a plus
• Team player with positive "can-do" attitude
• Flexible and nimble; thrive in a fast-paced environment
