We are looking for to expand our team of expert Hospitality Apprenticeship Trainers and are appointing new positions to be based in and/or to work across Greater London.

The lowdown on being a Hospitality Apprenticeship Trainer

As a Hospitality Apprenticeship Trainer you will coach, mentor and educate learners in the workplace and remotely, via technology, promoting learning and preparation for assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in the Hospitality and Catering sector.

You will work regionally, as part of a team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management. Given the nature of the task at hand, you will be permanently employed on a full-time basis, but be given complete flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule.

As a Hospitality Apprenticeship Trainer with HIT Training you can expect to receive a competitive starting salary up to £28,000pa, based on prior sector experience and qualifications PLUS a fantastic, enhanced benefits package that really does come with all the bells and whistles!

Do I need any specific experience or qualifications?

Training and development is at the heart of all we do and that extends to our staff. As long as you have at least 2 years line management or deputation experience, within hospitality front or back of house disciplines, such as food and beverage, conference and banqueting, guest services, housekeeping, reception or reservations, along with the drive, determination and passion to develop others, then we will develop you!
