OTC Markets Group Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is seeking an eager to learn college student to join our Human Resources team based in New York office. The intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in day to day operations and seasonal projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist HR team in full cycle recruitment process from posting a new opening to onboarding a selected candidate.
  • Lead the conversion of HR files into a paperless environment; ensure Compliance of Federal, State, and Local laws/regulations
  • Carryout research for various compliance projects
  • Support Company in HRIS transfer (data collection, verification, organizing employee training sessions)
  • Refresh our employer profile pages to spark excitement among job seekers on Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn etc.
  • Assist in approving and processing department invoices
  • Assist in several essential administrative tasks
  • Contribute in Companys continuous OKR collaboration
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a college degree in related field
  • Proactive and independent thinker, able to carry our projects without much oversight
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be trusted with sensitive information
