Human Resources Intern Wayne , Pennsylvania
The Human Resources Intern provides quality administrative support to the HR Team including working heavily with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and overall recruiting efforts.
Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in a full time academic/ college program in a relatable field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge as pertains to the company
- Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources
- Attends seminars and meetings relative to the HR profession.
- HR administration within payroll and benefits as needed
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all special projects assigned
- Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents for executive meetings
- Proofread HR documents including recruiting material, marketing information, and handbooks
- Assist in Pre-Employment Processes
- Sort incoming resumes via various digital/social platforms
- Coordinate candidate interviews as needed
- Complete necessary digital on boarding documentation
- Assist in coordination of company events/meetings
