Human Resources Intern Wayne , Pennsylvania

The Human Resources Intern provides quality administrative support to the HR Team including working heavily with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and overall recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a full time academic/ college program in a relatable field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge as pertains to the company
  • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources
  • Attends seminars and meetings relative to the HR profession.
  • HR administration within payroll and benefits as needed
  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all special projects assigned
  • Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents for executive meetings
  • Proofread HR documents including recruiting material, marketing information, and handbooks
  • Assist in Pre-Employment Processes
  • Sort incoming resumes via various digital/social platforms
  • Coordinate candidate interviews as needed
  • Complete necessary digital on boarding documentation
  • Assist in coordination of company events/meetings
