O365 Change Analyst / Business Analyst (Attend Anywhere) - Cardiff - NHS (Covid 19 Volunteering)

O365 Change Analysts - THE NHS NEEDS YOU

VIQU Recruitment are supporting a Welsh NHS Trust who are urgently looking for a Change Analyst to assist with the implementation of Office 365. A deal to deploy Microsoft Office 365 (O365) was agreed between NHS Wales and Microsoft in July 2019. A 2 to 3-year deployment plan had been established; however, the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic has resulted in a significant increase in the pace of deployment of the Microsoft Office 365 suite in all NHS Wales organisations.

With Covid 19 putting the NHS under unprecedented strain, the Trust is currently running at maximum capacity, and needs your help to ensure the continuation of this vital project to support the delivery of enhanced digital collaboration and communication services for staff.

You may have been furloughed or you may be a contractor who is currently in between contracts, and would like to act as volunteer to ensure the significant increase in workload is covered, and their frontline teams can be supported as best as possible.

Key Skills and experience:

• You need experience of O365, SharePoint & Windows10 and good problem-solving skills.
• Detailed O365 expertise across most features and services.
• Understanding of O365 / cloud architectures and strategy.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce a high standard of written work.
• Previous experience of supporting the deployment O365 into a large-scale organisation (>500 users).

It is not anticipated that the role will require the individual to work in a high-risk area. However, if there is a requirement to undertake work in a designated COVID-19 area, appropriate PPE clothing will be provided as required. There may be elements of the role which can be worked remotely.

There may be scope in the future for something more long term with this trust; meaning that this is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and demonstrate your skills.
