The HR intern is responsible for performing and/or assisting with all human resources related functions at the franchise. This role provides the unique opportunity to gain experience in recruiting, hiring, employee relations, and training.

What We Offer

• Manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist in the hiring process by processing employment applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and sending rejection/offer letters to candidates
• Assemble/disassemble new hire and terminated employee files
• File regulated paper work
• Complete background checks and employment verifications
• Develop and create new recruiting content
• Prepare new hire orientation packets and assist with new hire orientation
• Assist in benefit administration
• All other duties as assigned

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field is required
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Accurate, consistent attention to detail
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
