Human Resources Intern Portland, Oregon

As an HR Intern, you will work with our HR team on talent management, recruiting and HR operations related activities. You will engage with managers and employees to complete projects that will add significant value to the business. You will be mentored and guided by seasoned HR professionals that will lend their experience and knowledge to help prepare you for an accelerated career path in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR team in delivering tactical & strategic HR programs to the business, such as talent development projects and health/wellbeing programs.

• Partner with Recruiting and HR Business Partners on development and execution of college recruiting initiatives, including the global Internship Program.

• Assist with other related projects as appropriate.

Requirements:

Must be a matriculated college student, GPA of 3.0 higher preferred, and working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Psychology or related field.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to strong Excel and Power Point skills. Experience with the G Suite platform is a plus.

• Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

• Able to demonstrate attention to detail, superb organization, prioritization and follow up skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven project management and research skills.

• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
