Human Resources Intern Saint Paul , Minnesota

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Intern for the summer of 2020 to join our high-energy HR team! We're committed to being an employer of choice in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and throughout the world. This position will report to the Human Resources Business Partner and help support the HR department's daily activities.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Helping write HR standard operating procedures
  • Assisting with building project move activities for when the company moves to Roseville, MN
  • Partnering with HR Business Partner on automated seating at the Roseville building
  • Assisting with HR 2020 strategic initiatives
  • Performing other job duties as assigned to meet business needs


Required Job Qualifications:
  • Possess a high school diploma or above
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and people of diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented


Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and requirements pertaining to human resources activities
