Today's Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications rely on item-level data enabled by RAIN RFID technology. Human Resources supports the company's 250 employees, empowering them to develop and provide the best products and services on the market.

What you'll work on:
  • You will have an opportunity to multi-task a lot of different and interesting work, including providing support to HR colleagues, executives, managers, and employees with HR inquiries.
  • Use Workday to maintain information and confidential files for active, terminated, and prospective employees.
  • Help coordinate new hire orientation including administration of new hire paperwork, on-boarding, payroll updates, benefit changes, and employee relations questions.
  • Assist in answering employee questions on compensation, benefits, immigration, and payroll matters.
  • Process benefit reconciliations.
  • Process various paper and electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment and employment verification.
  • Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve the existing overall HR function.
Who you are and what you'll bring:
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and detail oriented skills.
  • Ability to prioritize while working on numerous projects and tasks.
  • Available to work part-time, less than 20 hours for 10 -12 weeks.
