Junior Client Support Analyst

Hays are exclusively recruiting for a Client Support Analyst to work at a leading Financial Services company. You will be based in a small team whose main purpose is to be the 1st point of contact for clients and prospective clients.

Further duties will include;

Adding new users to the system
Deleting users
Manage and investigate any incidents relating to the market
Provide effective and collaborative support to clients
Logging client requests and tracking the actions
Work with testing teams to support future development

The ideal candidate will have graduated in a financial/ IT related subject and be adept at picking up new systems quickly.
Any previous client services/ support experience would be useful
You must have a confident persona and be happy speaking with clients and internal stakeholders.
A problem solving mind set would also be required.

Any European languages would be beneficial as the team cover various countries
