Junior MEICA Engineer Warrington £185 - £195 (p.a)
An immediate start freelance/contract opportunity exist for a Junior/Graduate Mech/Elec/Instrumentation Engineer to be involved with the MEICA ( Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) on a utilities projects in the North West.
Your duties will include -
• Scheduling of work for subcontractors in conjunction with the client
• Assisting the MEICA Engineer with the works requirements
• Recording of the works
• Programming of resources
• Assist the delivery team
• Flagging potential problems
• Implement health and safety
Requirements for this role include -
• Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or similar Engineering qualification
• Previous experience within the Water and Waste Water environment advantageous but not essential
• Some engineering/technical experience would be advantageous
• Commercially and contractually aware and astute
• Good writing and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Willing to work on occasional weekends
This post would suit a newly qualified Engineer who has completed a year's internship or a graduate Engineer who has, at most, one year's engineering experience.
