Working within a small but experienced R&D team, you will specify, design, develop, test and support software for cutting edge hardware technology. Developing mainly in C++. initially you will work on modernising legacy Delphi code to a modern language (C++) Once complete you will be key in improving and creating new products on multiple platforms.

This role holds lots of technical variety and allows freedom to input new ideas as well as the chance to eventually lead projects.

The Role:
* Developing software for high end hardware products used in the creative industry.
* Initially redeveloping Delphi code to C++
* Multithread programme using the latest C++
* Add new features and functions.
* Working within a small software team of 6 developers.
*Input your own ideas around methods of working and code.
* Progression into leading projects supporting by training.

The Person:
* Experience in C++
* Happy to work initially on a Delphi redevelopment project.
* Interested in working around hardware technology (R&D).
* Looking input your own ideas and working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
