Junior Web Developer - Wordpress

You are probably at the beginning of your career and you are looking to put your creative flair to use. The reason you got into front end development in the first place is to be creative, right? You want your users to fall in love with the work that you have spent an age to create. When you are at the start of your career you want to make sure that the company you join will let you work exactly that way.

Luckily for you, I have exactly that type of role for you. You will be working for a company that is at the beginning stages and only two years in. In those two years they have a great reputation in the market already and you will have the opportunity to create websites from scratch. You won't be pushing the same work out over and over, instead you will be creating fully bespoke websites for your clients.

This is a strong start-up and the industry they work within is incredibly fast paced. This role would suit someone who is either a graduate or someone who has just started their working career.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing new bespoke websites
• Testing websites for your clients
• Improving existing website changes for current clients
• Being an all-round super star and exceeding expectations

What your skill set needs to look like:

• WordPress Theme development, ACF/Timber
• HTML and CSS
• PHP and JavaScript experience
• BitBucket and Github
• Adobe Suite
• Design and UX knowledge
• Knowledge of SEO and PPC concepts would be ideal
