OTC Markets Group, Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is seeking a 1L or 2L law student to join our in-house Legal Department for the summer.
This internship is perfect for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial law student interested in gaining corporate, in-house experience in the fields of finance and technology. The ideal candidate will have an interest in securities, corporate, and IP law; have strong research, writing, and organizational skills; and excellent academic credentials.
This role will report to the company's Associate General Counsel and will provide an outstanding opportunity for law students to work on exciting legal issues and learn about all aspects of corporate law, including contract review and drafting; SEC, FINRA and other regulatory issues; legislative and policy research; new business projects and initiatives; and corporate governance work.
