To be more exact, you are responsible for:

  • Coordinate: In the short term, ensure orders/sales requests are covered and the seed is at the right place and time, right quantity and meeting the market requirements in terms of Treatment/Packaging/Quality (through Salesforce, SAP).
  • Planning: ensure forecast is covered in the long term. Through analysis and discussion with sales come up with a proper replenishment strategy (T&P). Ensure that the plans are being followed up with the rest of the supply organization (Inventory management).
  • Communicate: provide visibility to the whole company on supply through cross-departmental meetings (Integrated Business Planning- IBP).

To manage all the above you work closely with the inventory Specialist, Quality Assurance department and Plant Operations Department. You possess a set of communicative skills, as well as the ability to be analytical with a sharp eye for detail.

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's or master-level education in the supply chain, business administration, agricultural management or something similar. You will be working in a team so social and communication skills are essential. Your work environment will be dynamic so you need to be flexible and able to handle the fast pace during high season. Because you will be working with Excel and the ERP system, many good computer skills are also necessary.

New employees are hired on a contract with our temporary agency and are offered a contract of at least 7 months to start with. But it's not a temporary job and there are many opportunities to grow within the company and earn yourself a permanent contract.

The start salary is between €2600 and €2850 depending on your experience. If you live more than 5 km away from work you get travel expenses. The vacation money is 8,33% per year and you get 25 vacation days.
