Salary: Year 1: Tax exempt bursary of £18k
Year 2: Salary of £25k to £30k dependent on location.

West Midlands - Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Telford, Warwickshire
East Midlands - Derbyshire, Nottingham, Leicester
North East - Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, North Yorkshire - Richmond and Scarborough, County Durham

Our two-year leadership development programme offers outstanding individuals a dynamic route into one of Britain's most rewarding and toughest professions. You'll use your skills in relationship building, conflict resolution and leadership to ensure you thrive in the dynamic and challenging world of social work. Following a five-week training programme you will spend two years working directly with children and families, based in a local authority.

You will:

• Work locally - roles available in your local community
• Be paid a tax free £18k bursary in year one and up to £30k in year two
• Qualify as a social work professional through a fully funded Masters
• Receive high quality supervision and training from experienced social workers, academics and professional coaches
