Willimantic Police Department is Hiring for the following position Entry Level Police Officer. The Willimantic Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of an entry level Police Officer. Applicants must be 21 years of age, have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED, and a valid Connecticut Driver's License in addition to other requirements. A passing written examination from the Law Enforcement Council is required and more information can be available on their website: . A CHIP card is recommended and accepted for applicants that obtain a passing grade on the agility test. Applicants without a CHIP card will be required to pass an agility test when scheduled.
