Trainee Sales and Negotiator

£19,500 per annum

Regenda is now recruiting a Trainee Sales and Negotiator to work with our subsidiary Redwing in Liverpool.

About the role

The main purpose of this role to learn all aspects of both Sales & Lettings in Redwing. You will undertake training from answering the phone to the completion of both sales & letting of properties. You will require a driving license and have use of a car as you will need to attend viewings once you are trained to do so. You will be expected to gain the expected qualifications while supported by the company to progress to a Sales & Lettings consultant level. Good customer communication skills as well as computer literacy will also be required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with fantastic interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively as a team member but also using your initiative.

The successful candidate will be a positive, determined individual who possesses a 'can do' attitude. You will have demonstrable organisational skills in order to meet agreed deadlines and targets.

A basic DBS check is required for this role.
