IT Technician Apprentice Ashton-under-lyne, Lancashire £10k (p.a)

Due to consistent and sustained growth, Rodo Ltd are looking for an IT Support Apprentice to join their busy It support team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receiving and logging faults and requests for support
• Fixing 1st line problems and escalating where needed
• Asset tagging & maintenance of asset tag register
• Building PC's, installing software, updating user devices
• Active Directory- access requests, password re-sets

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

• Typical IT hobbyist
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• A passion for IT and somebody career-minded
• Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics

Salary, Hours & Holidays:

• £10,010 per annum
• Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
• 23 days of annual leave entitlement (plus bank holidays)
• Quarterly performance bonus
• Parking available onsite

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program with the possibility of progression onto one of our Level 4 programs.
