Trainee Customer Support Administrator Durkar, Yorkshire

Juice Personnel have landed an amazing role working for one of our long-established clients in Wakefield (WF4). This is an entry level role working as a Trainee Customer Support Administrator in a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order checking and order acknowledgement
  • Inbox management and order logging
  • Reception and additional ad-hoc office administration duties
  • Fully understand the SAP system
  • Provide and maintain administrative support
  • Updating various databases and other associated duties

Key Skills & Experience

  • Good customer service skills
  • Manage workloads and able to work under own initiative, being able to prioritise
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal

Personal Qualities

  • Team player to support and work with the wider team
  • Hardworking and dedicated
