The role:
* To engage with clients through new business development i.e marketing, networking, telephone introduction
* Visit clients to gain a full understanding of their recruitment needs
* To source suitable candidates through social media, networking and job boards
* To interview candidates and put forward suitable applicants
* Arrange interviews between client and candidate
* Feedback to both client and candidate post interview
* On board the right candidate, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
