Working at our Hanwell Nursery:
Our Nursery in Hanwell is set within a fabulous newly renovated children's centre, offering fantastic resources, large and wonderful gardens and fabulous staff that ensure children flourish and leave fully prepared for their adventure ahead.
· Capacity: 55 place Nursery (3 months to 4 years)
· Rooms: 1 x Baby Room, 1 xToddler Room and 1 x Pre-school
· Opening Times: 7.30am-6.00pm

We have been open all throughout lockdown to support the families of Key Workers and vulnerable families. Purpose of the job: To be trained to carry out the same post as level 2/3 practitioner and work as part of the team under the direction of the management team. To provide safe, high quality education and care for young children which meets the individual needs of children attending the setting.

Essential Criteria:
· Willingness to learn and gain a level 3 qualification , attend college / assessment visits and complete all set assignments within in the timeframe required.
· Willingness to work with and support the team under guidance from the senior staff.
· Good communication skills and able to build positive relationships with staff and children.
· An understanding of play based approaches to children's learning and development.
· Commitment to equal opportunities and keeping children safe.
· Friendly and flexible approach at work which facilitates the needs of the children and development of effective relationships.
Desirable Criteria:
· Willingness to undertake further training.
· Some experience of working with young children.
· Current First Aid at Work qualification.
