We are particularly proud to have recently announced that Bleepa is the first product of its kind to secure CE Marking in compliance with the Medical Device Directive, having met the stringent quality criteria associated with the manufacture of a medical device.


Having recently secured significant funding, the business is positioned to fundamentally transform and expand aspects of the healthcare sector.Bleepa could become a transformational tool in any organisation relying on access to the right data to make decisions and communicate them, quickly and safely across a dispersed professional workforce.This will become increasingly relevant in the current context where remote working may become more of a norm.


We are therefore looking to build a team excited by these prospects, capable of adapting and responding to a dynamic market environment, that has the necessary skills, drive and motivation to make this happen.


About the position

We are seeking a Junior Systems Support Engineer to perform some or all of the following duties to support on 3 bespoke applications:

· Provide telephone support to IT and non-IT literate end users.

· Provide support of custom applications on industry standard operating platforms.

· Perform proactive systems maintenance as directed by the Senior Systems Support Engineer

· Within the team, provide high quality support to our customers, including:

* Maintenance and servicing of existing hardware/software

* Answering of Phone and E-mail enquiries

* Configuration management

* Record Keeping

* Technical Documentation

· Assist with the allocation of support tickets to correctly skilled engineer


Experience

· The ability to work within a team is essential, as is the ability to work independently when required.

· Flexibility and the ability to multi-task are key - you may be required to react to unexpected support issues at relatively short notice.

· A willingness to learn new skills

· Experience of the configuration and support of Windows Desktop and Server Environments

· Experience of server virtualisation, VMware and Hyper-V

· Basic knowledge of SQL queries


Beneficial

· An interest in biotech or medical imaging.

· Experience with mobile devices, such as Android and iOS

· Experience SQL Server

· Experience of cloud platforms, in particular AWS and Azure

· Experience of supporting custom applications.

· Microsoft 365 administration.
