LWC Drinks are a UK distributor of beers, wine, spirits, and soft drinks. They deliver excellent service to over 13,500 UK customers. LWC Drinks are one of the largest and most diverse product portfolios in the industry. They are now looking to bring two IT Apprentices to their business in a role that will involve working on networking issues and troubleshooting any general IT issues.

Working in a team of 5, Roles & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • General IT Support
  • Fixing network problems
  • Setting up and maintaining accounts
  • Troubleshooting printers, laptops, and other devices

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Good attitude to work
  • PC knowledge
  • Understanding of a service desk
  • Confidence
  • Team player
  • Grade 4 in Maths or Functional Skills Level 2

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £8092.59 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Weekend cover/allowance
  • 20 days holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays
  • Career progression
  • Subsidised bus pass to support travel

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
