Business Administration Apprentice to work within the administration team.The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.
The key function is to assist the business with day to day administrative control of the business.
Main Responsibilities
· Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post
· Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and following through where required
· Greet any visitors to the office in a professional manner and provide refreshments where appropriate
· Business Travel - organise, monitor, and record travel requirements in conjunction with our external provider and internal policy, this includes air, rail, hotels, etc.
· Administration support to the Learning and Development function
· Maintain the office filing / archiving system in both hard and electronic format
· Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office
· Diary co-ordination for the meeting / conference rooms
· Work I line with all company policies and procedures
· Recording enquiries onto the customer management system (Efficy)
· Organise customer / supplier collection and deliveries
· Provide confidential administrative support to the Venture Crescent business, ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively
· Prepare and distribute reports and management data on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
· Stationery - ensure all stationery is well stocked and ordered promptly and efficiently
Qualifications/education required:
Minimum Grade C GCSE in Maths and English Language
Skills & Apprenticeship Training:
The candidate will be working towards an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 with the option of moving onto Level 3...... click apply for full job details
