We are looking for a self motivated and ambitious Graduate to join the team here at Altius Group as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. You will be supporting the Sales Negotiators within the team whilst gaining hands on experience to develop and progress in to a Sales Negotiator role and further within the organisation.This role will follow the full journey of a business sale starting with the initial administration process of receiving an instruction to managing a portfolio of on the market businesses to completion of a sale. You will learn and develop through each process to ensure you have a full understanding of the customer journey and sales process.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s and contribute as part of the team
  • Handling and generating buyer enquiries
  • Performing key office administrative tasks including:
  • Arranging viewings and liaising with both clients and buyers
  • Collating viewing feedback and feeding back to the vendor
  • Regularly updating buyers and vendors through telephone contact and emails
  • To negotiate multiple offers & to effectively manage an individual pipeline of deals
  • Drive testimonials and positive/first class online reviews for our services and aim for five-star trust pilot ranking where relevant
  • Ensure press releases are delivered for all completions from sellers and buyers as well as providing quality for sale PR in line with Group Policy
  • To be able to work on your own initiative and to be able to implement ideas to customers
  • Problem-solve with ability to use general common sense
  • Ad hoc projects as determined by the Directors
  • Actively drive career progression and self-growth
  • Attend sector events as required
