This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining a qualification in poultry inspection.
Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a Trainee Poultry Inspectors Assistant to join our evisceration department at our processing plant based in Brackley.

Purpose of the role
As a member of the evisceration team, you'll ensure that all product is inspected according to MHS and OVS requirements and that all product that fails your inspection is removed. The Trainee Poultry Inspectors Assistant will also be required to record counts of various conditions, diseases etc. on mechanical counters provided and complete MHS paperwork with comments and information as necessary. All records must be accurate and in line with animal welfare requirements.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 06:25-18:00 (4 days per week with one rotating day off)
Please note, this is a weekly paid role
