Trainee Site Manager Haddenham, Buckinghamshire £40k - £50k (p.a)

William Fox are delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest residential developers in their search for a trainee site manager based in Buckinghamshire with a detailed knowledge of the building process including NHBC and building regulations.

You will be part of the companies management trainee scheme enhancing and building your core business and communication skills. You will also be prepared to attend college or university to study a Level 3 in Construction in the Built Environment for up to 2 years.

The job role itself will assist the site manager in planning and programming of site activites ensuring work is completed in a safe manner which will also include controlling sub-contractors day to day operations and that material supplies are available.

Responsibilites include:

• Health & Safety
• Liasing with Sales
• Site Inspection
• Home Quality Inspection
• Quality Control
• Site Presentation
• Control of Works

You will preferably come from a trade background with an NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4 and be a CSCS card holder at managerial level

You will be offered:

• Basic Salary of £40-45,000
• Car Allowance of £5,000
• Monday - Friday working hours
