JOB TITLE: Junior Administrator Customer Service (known internally as Junior Pharmacy Care Coordinator)

HOURS:37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00

SALARY: £17,153.50 P/A

We are delighted to offer the role of Junior Administrator Customer Service known to us internally as Junior Pharmacy Care Coordinator to join our team based within our Pharmacy and Dispensary at our Leighton Buzzard Offices.

You'll work within the in-house pharmacy, and be responsible for the prescriptions that arrive in through the post, scanning and registering them onto our systems and ensuring they are distributed in a timely fashion to our Dispensary teams, in addition to this you'll be answering the telephone, dealing with queries, inputting data into our computer system, dealing with departmental post and correspondence as well as assisting and liaising with the dispensary.

You will become familiar with our processes and procedures and learn about the various treatment therapies we deal with.

This role offers excellent progression to the right candidates, who evidence the ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and remain consistently accurate with their work flow.

Working 37.5 hours per week on a rota, between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00hrs, on a Monday to Friday basis, you must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours as and when required to meet our service requirements which may be of an urgent medical nature. You will also be expected to cover other areas of work for colleagues if required.

Key Skills/Experience/Requirements:

· Excellent telephone manner

· Ability to learn detailed internal procedures

· Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise

· Good team player and able to work on your initiative

· Good working knowledge of IT packages e.g. Word and Excel
