Door Entry / Access Control Engineer Tonbridge, Kent £25k - £28k (p.a)

You hear some horrific stories of things happening in care homes.
Vulnerable people, who can't look after themselves. Who rely on professional, caring people to look after them 24/7. They have dignity, they don't want the help or to be protected but they need it.
Well did you ever think to yourself that the door entry or access control systems form part of that care and protection. And you as the door entry engineer help deliver that protection.
Imagine if there was a fire and the fire door didn't shut to contain the smoke, or the entrance door mag-lock failed leaving the site and it's residents at risk.
A good maintenance engineer is hard to come by....Especially one that has a skill for rectifying faults on door entry and access control systems and ensuring they are working in perfect order.
And that's why when the company I am working with find a good service engineer, they do all they can to - help, support and retain that person.
If you joined them, you would receive the following
* Great earning potential
* All travel time paid from home
* Fully expensed company credit card
* Fully expensed company van
* Ongoing product training and development
About the company
In brief they are an electronic warden call, nurse call and security systems specialist that provide a service to their clients in the South East of England.
Ok so they may not be the biggest company in the industry, but they are very good at what they do. And they may not have huge national accounts spread all over the country, but that's because they don't need them as they are doing very well in the South East. And who wants to spend all day travelling anyway, right?
They probably don't have as many engineers as other companies out there, but the ones they do have are good. Very good in fact. Some have been with them for several years.
Who they are looking for
An experienced security systems engineer to start as soon as possible. To provide a top-class reactive service for their clients.
Somebody that doesn't like to say no to people and knows what it takes to keep customers happy. Someone that will fit in with the way we work, helping out where needed - If someone has been out all night and gets another call but is knackered or too far away, they want that person to say "hey I can do that one for you no problem". A real team player.
But it isn't about them
It's about you.
I don't even need a CV to be honest, just a bit of your time on the phone. Obviously if you have one that would be great.
Either hit "Apply Now" or get in touch so we can have a chat.
Look forward to speaking with you soon.
