Entry Level Help Desk Towson , Maryland
Robert Half is currently looking for a tier 1 help desk technician to support one of our largest and best clients in Towson, MD. This is a contract role with the opportunity to move to full time after successfully finishing the contract. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad with an internship or IT degree.
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IS REQUIRED. No exceptions at this time.
This is a Tier 1 position and will be a member of a team of 3 people. Tickets per day can range from 20-50. Most are password resets, and other active directory issues. Microsoft heavy shop. Office 365 expertise needed. On Windows 10 and will be troubleshooting windows machines, no MACS. Need someone that is extroverted, big customer service position.
The start date for this role will be January 16, and we are interviewing ASAP.
