Apprenticeship Outcomes Manager

Full time (35hrs/wk), permanent

Split place of work between central Reading, Berkshire with remote working

Salary range £33,000 - £38,000 FTE pa plus benefits

We're looking for a passionate professional with experience of line management and engaging apprenticeship students to help them achieve success!

University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is long-standing and leading provider of supported online education . You will join our busy apprenticeships team to lead, manage and continuously improve the success of UCEM's apprenticeships programmes, working with your team of Apprenticeship Outcomes Officers. You will meet/exceed employer sponsor needs and motivate and engage apprentices to enable their progression and success.A full breakdown of the role can be found in the job specification.

You must have relevant e xperience of monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress, quality improvement experience, meet minimum qualification requirements, and have line management experience.Prevent and safeguarding knowledge are also essential in this role.
