Oxford Trainee Credit Manager
Full Time permanent
Salary: Starting Salary of £22,000 p.a.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Oxford OX4 3HS
Mutual are a local Oxford consumer credit company looking for a trainee manager to learn all aspects of our business and to eventually become senior branch manager. Applicant must hold a full UK drivers licence and live locally to Oxford. Ideal candidate will be motivated by money and success, personable and disciplined.

Training program and duties
- Learn credit control, credit underwriting and credit granting to consumers
- Learn sales generation and customer lead development
- Learn how the collected credit business works
- Learn how to manage people and staff
- Learn how to motivate staff
- Learn how to recruit and train staff
- Driving licence holder with access to a car
- Good one to one communication skills
- Self motivated
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Able to work into the early evening
- Ability to get on well with people and build relationships
