Customer Service: Manage general customer enquiries, problems solving and promoting a range of promotional products and services.

Marketing: Developing marketing strategies to increase sales in different demographics across the UK

Business Management: Learn components of financial account management, budgets, payment reports, recruitment and interviewing, and administrative skills

Team Management: Team leadership, teaching and training, mentoring
